Volunteering at Nisville was my first time abroad by myself, so it was such a wooow of impressions. Nis is a nice town, I really loved walking at night! And with our sight-seeing tour on the open bus woohooing showed me most of its beauty and besides of green parks, my favorite old buildings and my now home-fortress, the very beauty of Nis to me there was the cordiality of its inhabitants.
Nisville Jazz festival turned to be legendary. I was excited to be a part of it. Never-sleeping feast with a lot of awesome artists, fabulous people, all the crazy awesome things kept going around – it was like we make it together let's bring it all and it will be with you forever. Such a Hemingway's moveable feast. And my work was all I wanted – to see everything, to feel it completely.
The most important thing for me still is how I found the Serbians – probably, the most kind, sincere people I've ever met. The volunteer's team was a great representative. Such a great time with such lovely people.
Probably the most difficult in this experience is realizing you are not sure you'll have chance to see once more people you happened to love already.
Thanks guys, I really enjoyed it, I hope we could make such a feast once more!
P.S. There is a song in Ukrainian, literally translated it means “We lived as we are singing jazz”. That's what it was about. Let's go jazz!
